Something I talked about in my 2020 post was that I wanted to start exercising again and eating better. Well right now I am on a sort of diet thing. I am not doing it to lose weight though. It is kind of a body cleans. It's just basically a challenge thing that my sis, mom, and me are doing with other ladies.
So I have to take my Products (Plexus), Reach my water intake goal (that is two of my big water bottles), be asleep Before 11pm, exercise or do some kind of movement for 20 minutes, no snacking after dinner, and be sugar/simple carb free all day.
So yeah! I am on day 6. It is a 60 day thing. So far so good! It is hard to resist sugar though but thankfully Trim Healthy Mamma has some good recipes!!

My mom and dad do Trim Healthy Mama and yes, they've got some really good recipes! Another cookbook I love is "Necessary Food: Traditional Favorites Made Healthy from Briana Thomas's Kitchen" it has some really good shakes I make and I LOVE them. Whenever me and Damara have a sleepover we always make some shakes. Because they're really good, sweet, thick, and healthy! What more could you ask for? *winks*

Sounds so great, Beth! I'm actually about to embark on a Trim Healthy Mama expedition of a diet/way of eating, as well. So to hear how and what you're doing is encouraging and really cool.
